What this is

GRC Feed surfaces cases where two public U.S. government records disagree about a business entity or healthcare provider — for example, a National Provider Identifier (NPI) that is listed as excluded on the HHS-OIG LEIE while the same NPI is active in the CMS NPPES registry. It outputs the two disagreeing records, their agencies, dates, the shared identifier, a cross-agency match-confidence, and what to verify.

What this is NOT

Not a fraud accusation or a verdict. We state only that public records disagree. Records can disagree for entirely lawful reasons (NPPES does not auto-deactivate an NPI on OIG exclusion; reinstatement lag; name collisions).
Not a consumer report under the FCRA. This is for screening business entities, vendors, and provider organizations/identities for KYB / sanctions / program-integrity compliance. It must not be used to make decisions about an individual's credit, employment, insurance, or tenancy.
